IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be monitoring and follow-up of Corporate Services Faults with regional technical support teams on a daily, weekly & monthly basis, along with escalation to higher management as required to keep Technical MTTR in check.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Monitoring and follow-up of Corporate Services Faults with regional technical support teams on a daily, weekly & monthly basis, along with escalation to higher management as required to keep Technical MTTR in check.
• Performing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on prolonged & repeated faults to improve MTTR
• Responsible for co-ordination among regional offices in the domain of Corporate Technical Operations for compilation of operational data, various performance & inventory trackers related to Corporate Support
• Proposing and implementing IT-based solutions to improve reporting & analysis including but not limited to creation of new automated reports, automation of dashboards, introduction of new functionality as well as responsible for implementation of changes in existing systems.
• Preparing business cases for procurement of spare parts and hiring of additional resources to improve O&M activities. • Proposing improvements in existing processes for improvement in operational efficiency of Corporate Operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification & Experience:

• BE/BS Electrical/Telecommunication/IT and Networking. Any Certification CCNA/CCNP would be advantageous.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Operational Activities Management would be preferred. Good MS Office skills, Experience of working with SAP Business Objects, CRM & MicroStrategy BI tools. Basic Knowledge of Corporate services and Telecom
