IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Play a pivotal role in the Network Planning and Optimization by developing and executing strategic plans and Network projects. This position focuses on optimizing Transport network planning, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals, driving operational efficiency. The personnel will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, enhance Network infrastructure, and ensure volitivity & capacity handling of deployed Transport and Optical Fiber Network.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ability to develop comprehensive plans for Transport network deployment, capacity planning, and optimization strategies.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their requirements and concerns, and providing expert guidance to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Strategy, Planning & Optimization of Metro, Subsidiary & Core Transport networks.
• Create PR, RFP, RFI for Transport projects.
• Respond to technical tenders.
• Ability to peruse International standards and maintain internal strategy documents.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelors in Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies:

• Optical Network Design and planning experience
• Planning tool expert
• Network tenders documents and RFP preparations
