IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Executive Customer Ops will support the Manager Customer Operations in achieving deployment and service performance targets, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and customer satisfaction across Copper and Fiber (FF) networks.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Support to Manager Customer Operations to Achieve Deployment target of FBB/FF Migration.
• To ensure 100% deployment with in define MTTP/QoS.
• To Ensure 100% achievement of Service KPIs Target( SR/WC, Repeat, Denial, MTTR) in Copper and FF.
• To ensure HSE Policy implementation in True spirit.
• Support to Manager Customer Operations for enhancement of Customer Happiness Index.
• Assist in planning of network optimization and rehabilitation to ensure customer retention.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BS Electrical Engg./Telecom Engg/ BSCS/BSIT, (4 Year) from HEC recognise university.

Technical Competencies:

• Business Acumen
• Problem Solving
• Service Standard Implementation
