Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Head / Plant Head
1. Key Responsibilities A. Plant HR Operations
- Handle day-to-day HR activities at the plant.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, joining, induction, and personnel file maintenance.
B. Attendance & Payroll
- Daily attendance monitoring of all employees and contract workers.
- Maintain attendance records (manual/biometric).
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation and salary inputs (absent, OT, leave, deductions, etc.).
- Maintain leave records and update registers regularly.
C. Safety Coordination
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety rules and compliance.
- Coordinate with Safety Officer for safety trainings, PPE distribution, and site inspections.
- Ensure safety protocols and discipline inside the plant.
- Maintain safety-related registers and records.
D. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports (attendance, manpower, incident reports, etc.).
- Share Daily HR Report with Management & HODs.
- Maintain manpower tracking and shift-wise allocation.
E. Employee Relations
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and daily interaction.
- Support disciplinary actions such as warnings, notices, and compliance.
- Assist in welfare activities, communication, and coordination with departments.
2. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Plant HR activities & time office functions.
- Basic knowledge of Factory Safety, PPE, and compliance norms.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle labour and workforce at plant level.
3. Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / MBA / PG Diploma in HR
- 1–3 years of experience in plant HR / manufacturing HR preferred
- Knowledge of safety will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
