Role Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, supporting end-to-end recruitment, handling employee onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR documentation, coordinating payroll inputs, and ensuring timely statutory compliance. The role also includes supporting employee engagement initiatives, assisting department heads, preparing reports, and maintaining HR records efficiently and accurately.

1–2 Years

Relevant Experience

At least 1–2 years in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Any Relevant Field
(MBA in HR is an added advantage)/BE Mechanical/BE EEE

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • HR Operations (Onboarding, Exit Formalities, Documentation)
  • Payroll Coordination & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC)

Secondary Skills (Optional but Advantage)

  • Employee engagement activities
  • HRMS / Attendance management
  • Preparing MIS reports
  • Handling training & performance review cycles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
