About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive who can support our fast-scaling team across hiring, culture-building, compliance, and day-to-day administration. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting leadership in building an efficient, people-first organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and attendance/leave data.
- Execute payroll inputs: attendance, overtime, deductions, reimbursements.
- Support performance management cycles and help implement OKRs/KPIs.
- Handle employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and internal communication.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
- Address employee queries and ensure a positive workplace experience.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and new hire orientations.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, vendors).
- Manage office assets, IT coordination, travel bookings, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain documentation.
- Handle front-desk duties, courier management, and visitor coordination when needed.
- Support management with scheduling, meeting prep, and admin tasks.
- Assist in store-level admin (for retail brands): staff rosters, attendance, and coordination.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory compliance files (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.) with consultants.
- Track contract renewals, vendor invoices, and service agreements.
- Ensure proper filing of employee contracts, NDAs, and company documents.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup/retail environment.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; HRMS experience preferred.
- Problem-solver with a positive, people-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
