HR & Admin Executive – Job Description

Purpose:
Oversee administration, HR, operations, and facility management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across offices and warehouses.

1. Office & Warehouse Operations

  • Supervise daily office and warehouse activities.
  • Monitor CCTV & ensure systems are functioning.
  • Enforce staff discipline, dress code, and conduct.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security at all sites.
  • Track inventory and oversee timely equipment repairs.
  • Ensure timely opening/closing of premises and key management.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise between management, branches, and departments.
  • Follow up on tasks and maintain execution trackers.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Communicate company directives and updates.

3. HR & Employee Management

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Train staff on ERP, attendance, and company policies.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll accuracy.
  • Address grievances and conduct exit formalities.
  • Register/de-register staff in systems and insurance.

4. Compliance & SOP Enforcement

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
  • Coordinate with branch heads for local compliance.
  • Update and implement admin and HR SOPs regularly.

5. Financial & Asset Oversight

  • Approve and monitor admin-related expenses.
  • Manage company assets and maintain ERP records.
  • Handle fuel and insurance calculations and records.
  • Assist with employee insurance claims and updates.

6. Staff Support & Development

  • Provide ERP support and training to employees.
  • Organize staff training, onboarding, and refreshers.
  • Plan team events, birthdays, and morale-boosting activities.
  • Coordinate “Employee of the Month” recognition.

7. Technology & Process Improvement

  • Monitor and maintain office tech systems.
  • Recommend new tools for workflow improvement.
  • Track staff reports, schedules, and system logs.
  • Ensure regular reporting and compliance with processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
