Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and software roles
- Must have experience of IT Sales Profiles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews
- Handle offer letters, documentation, and onboarding processes
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support audits and HR documentation
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Promote a positive work culture
Performance & Talent Management
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
- Support training and development programs
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning initiatives
Policy & Compliance
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor regulations
- Support HR reporting and MIS
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/Software industry
- Strong understanding of IT hiring and technical roles
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
