Executive Hybrid Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support both personal and professional operations for the founder of Strive Real Estate, a high-performing commercial real estate firm and the #1 retail team in the Southwest (1,600+ transactions, $6B+ sold).

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside a founder in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll gain firsthand exposure to how deals move, how decisions get made, and how a demanding schedule is managed at a high level.

This is not a passive role. You’ll be the person who keeps things moving, organized, and handled.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will span both professional and personal support, with roughly 70% focused on work-related tasks:

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, including creating a clear, printed daily plan
  • Provide hands-on support with technology and organization (password management, printing, systems setup)
  • Track and follow up on tasks, conversations, and outstanding items

  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
