Executive KPIs & Analysis

Job Purpose:

  • To support in the KPI/OKR setting and KPI evaluation for HQ commercial, Technical, Support, Regional RGMs and all relevant DDs on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic design, management, and implementation of KPI Targets evaluations on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop dashboard for KPIs/OKRs and metrics that can track end-to-end performance of all the respective departments.
  • Verification of the evidences received from the departments against their KPI targets and then calculation of the respective KPIs departmental/individual score.
  • Monitoring and reporting of the approved KPIs score to various CFT stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc performance analysis as per management instructions.
  • Continuous improvement in KPI quality alignment with industry best practices.
  • Initiate improvement for automation of the current KPIs targets setting and evaluation model.
  • Highlight all areas to management on timely basis for any target lapse.
  • Support the Financial Analysis team is other additional tasks as assigned

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Must have a bachelors degree. CA (Finalist), ACCA, ICMA, ICAEW, CIMA or MBA Finance will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Up to 3 - 4 years of experience is required.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Strong analytical skills Detail-Oriented Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use analytical tools SQL, Power BI etc. will be preferred
