As an Executive Officer – Performance Management and L&D, you will take ownership of the organization’s performance management systems while also driving learning and development programs that support continuous employee growth. This dual-role ensures that feedback, goal setting, and development initiatives are seamlessly integrated to elevate individual and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities: Performance Management
- Design, implement, and manage performance management processes aligned with organizational objectives.
- Set clear performance standards and facilitate structured performance review cycles.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and gaps across departments.
- Develop and support Performance Improvement Plans to enhance individual performance.
- Coach managers on effective feedback and employee engagement strategies.
- Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of performance tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development
- Work closely with department heads to identify training needs based on performance evaluations and business objectives.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities, including:
- Goal-setting workshops
- Performance coaching for managers
- Feedback and appraisal training
- Soft skills and leadership development
- Create personalized learning paths for employees to address development gaps and support career progression.
- Coordinate external training programs, certifications, and e-learning initiatives when required.
- Develop a training calendar and maintain training records for internal audits and reviews.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline development by aligning learning strategies with long-term business goals.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth, promoting regular development conversations between managers and employees.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 7–10 years of experience in Performance Management and/or Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven expertise in managing performance review systems, training programs, and employee development plans.
- Experience designing and delivering training workshops across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess performance trends and recommend interventions.
- Proficiency in performance management systems and Bayzat or any other HRMS software implementation experience is a must.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Arabic is an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Performance Management, L&D, or Instructional Design are a strong advantage.
