Executive – Operations Excellence & Performance

We are seeking a driven and analytically strong professional to join our Operations Excellence & Performance function. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in operational performance, KPI management, and data-driven decision support within a growing organization.

The position offers direct exposure to cross-functional operations and senior management, with a clear learning and growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and monitoring of departmental KPIs
• Analyze productivity, efficiency, and performance trends
• Perform per-unit performance and cost analysis
• Assist in department-wise performance evaluations
• Convert operational data into structured insights for management
• Prepare management reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data
• Work closely with operations and functional heads to understand performance drivers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or related analytical discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, performance reporting, or operations analysis
• Strong command of MS Excel (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Power BI
• Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
• Interest in operational excellence and business performance

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operations Excellence: 2 years (Preferred)
