Executive Personal Assistant

About the Role

I own and operate a growing landscaping company here in Houston. We’re building something strong, and things move fast.

I’m looking for someone organized, sharp, and energetic to work directly with me and help manage my day-to-day — both professionally and personally.

This isn’t a typical assistant job.

You won’t just be “handling tasks.” You’ll be part of the engine that keeps everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help bring structure to a fast-moving schedule and growing business.

That includes:

• Managing and protecting my calendar
• Coordinating meetings, estimates, and site visits
• Drafting emails and handling communication
• Following up with clients, vendors, and team members
• Organizing proposals, documents, and job details
• Assisting with scheduling and logistics
• Managing travel and appointments
• Handling confidential, high-trust matters
• Keeping priorities aligned and nothing slipping through the cracks

Some days will be structured.

Some days will shift quickly.

You need to be comfortable with both.
