Location: Factory-based (Karimabad & Shafiq More areas) Shift: Rotational

The Mission

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to serve as the frontline defender of our product integrity. Based at our Karimabad and Shafiq More facilities, you will oversee the entire quality lifecycle—from the moment raw materials arrive to the point our finished goods hit the retail shelves. This is a role for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and can lead lab operations with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Gatekeeping Excellence: Rigorously inspect incoming raw materials, ingredients, and packaging to ensure they meet 100% of safety and quality benchmarks before production begins.
• Technical Precision: Utilize precision instruments (micrometers, scales, gauges) to verify product dimensions, weight, and technical tolerances.
• Compliance & Branding: Audit product labeling and presentation for absolute accuracy, ensuring we meet all regulatory shelf-life, allergen, and weight declarations.
• Process Improvement: Lead Root Cause Analysis for any non-conformities and contribute actively to Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) strategies.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the bridge between Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement to ensure a closed-loop feedback system on quality issues.
• Field & Factory Audits: Conduct quality assessments within the factory and at retail touchpoints to ensure the supply chain remains uncompromised.
• Regulatory Stewardship: Maintain meticulous documentation for audit readiness, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience within the FMCG or Food sector.
• Leadership: A self-starter capable of managing lab operations and a small team independently.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively relay technical findings to non-technical departments.
• Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts in a factory setting.

Note to Candidates: This role is physically based at our manufacturing sites and requires a proactive presence on the floor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
