IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of sales orders , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with company policies and customer requirements. The position involves coordinating closely with sales, finance, logistics, and customer service teams to support smooth order fulfillment, effective inventory control, and accurate billing. By maintaining high operational standards and attention to detail, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient order management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field

• Relevant Experience of 2 years.

• Excellent knowledge of business understanding.

Technical Competency:

• Efficient order processing and workflow management

• Strong collaboration with sales, logistics, and finance teams

• Data-driven approach to process optimization

• High customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
