Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify databases & collaborate with coworkers to achieve project goals.
Identify new sales opportunities & conduct customer visits.
Analyze user data needs and develop automated, repeatable solutions.
Review workflows, system capabilities, and scheduling limitations.
Prepare reports & conduct analysis to support business needs.
Manage small projects, present results, and meet deadlines.
Document business and technical requirements.
Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations, forms, templates, and logic functions.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure database security.
Conduct quality checks for data accuracy.
Create cross-functional reports for client needs.
Handle compliance, escalations, audits, and data analytics.
Extract, filter, and aggregate data using logical queries/programming.
Develop data layouts (tables, charts, graphs, heat maps, process flow diagrams).
