Handle and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents

Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring easy access to key documents and information

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for the management team

Take minutes at meetings and ensure accurate records are kept

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the office runs smoothly

Draft and send routine communications and business correspondence

Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, reports, and other documents

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by executives
Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
