Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented
Executive Secretary
to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team. Acting as the primary point of contact for the executive office, you will handle sensitive information, manage complex schedules, and ensure that the executive's daily operations run seamlessly within our Al Dokki real estate hub.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact and "gatekeeper" for senior management, managing all incoming calls, emails, and visitors.

Proactively manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize the executive's time.

Draft, review, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting.

Handle sensitive property-related documentation, including contracts, legal paperwork, and confidential client records.

Organize board meetings and executive sessions, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

Coordinate communication between the executive office and internal departments (Sales, Leasing, Legal) to ensure corporate directives are met.

Maintain an organized physical and digital filing system for all corporate and property-related records.

Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant, preferably within the Real Estate or Construction industry.

Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Tech Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Superior multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
