Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary (Female only) to support our Head Office operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to management while also assisting with HR-related responsibilities and manpower coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to senior management
  • Handle correspondence, emails, scheduling, and document control
  • Assist in HR-related activities, including:
  • Manpower requirements and coordination
  • Employee documentation and record keeping
  • Coordination with recruitment agencies
  • Supporting onboarding and visa processing documentation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing systems
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required
  • Coordinate with site teams regarding manpower and administrative requirements
  • Support office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in construction industry)
  • Experience in HR/admin and manpower coordination is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • UAE experience is preferred
