  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate the Chairman’s complex calendar, appointments, and travel plans, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize, attend, and take minutes for high-level meetings. Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Communication Management: Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Travel & Logistics: Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including visa arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and manage confidential reports, memos, presentations, and legal/contractual documents.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal departments, business partners, and external clients.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity at all times.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
  • Office Oversight: Manage the Chairman’s office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
