Executive Secretary (Overseas Hiring)

Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a Executive Secretary. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism. He should be able to support senior management by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication within and outside the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of records.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Act as the main point of contact between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Monitor emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in office administration and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15–25 years of relevant experience.
  • Age: 35–45 years.
  • Gender: Male candidate preferred.
  • Background: Must have prior experience in an MNC in a similar role.
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
