Executive Secretary (Preferred Arab, Legal Background)

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented executive secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking professional with proven experience in handling legal and corporate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal and corporate correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts and legal documents.
  • Coordinate communication between management, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an executive secretary or in a similar role.
  • Legal background/experience in law firms or corporate legal departments is a must.
  • Strong command of both Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
