Executive Secretary to CEO

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive support to C-level executives. The ideal candidate will manage executive schedules, travel arrangements, confidential communications, and credit card optimization while ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive documents
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, transportation)
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle last-minute changes
  • Manage executive credit cards, monitor transactions, and reconcile statements
  • Redeem credit card reward points (airline miles, hotel points, upgrades, cashback)
  • Monitor and evaluate available credit card offers and travel benefits
  • Optimize use of loyalty programs, airline partnerships, and premium card perks
  • Coordinate expense reporting and ensure timely payments
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-level executives
  • Strong experience in travel booking and itinerary management
  • Proven experience handling executive credit cards and reward programs
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
