RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage phone exchange, generic email a/c & executive calendar
- Plan and coordinate business development activities across different departments
- Provide administrative, calendar management & meeting record support
- Handle information requests, manage office admin, make Canva posts
- Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows
- Prepare power points, documents, drafts, letters and emails
- Make travel arrangements (visa and tickets etc.)
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Coordinate with admin, vendors and marketing for BTL activities
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international University.
- Ability to take initiative
- Strong communication skills,
- Natural networker and growth seeker
- Knowledge of MS Office, Canva and Power Point
