RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage phone exchange, generic email a/c & executive calendar
  • Plan and coordinate business development activities across different departments
  • Provide administrative, calendar management & meeting record support
  • Handle information requests, manage office admin, make Canva posts
  • Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows
  • Prepare power points, documents, drafts, letters and emails
  • Make travel arrangements (visa and tickets etc.)
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Coordinate with admin, vendors and marketing for BTL activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international University.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Natural networker and growth seeker
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Canva and Power Point
