- Excellent communication skills for liaising with key internal and external contacts to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the creation, management, and implementation of show manuals, forms, and all event documentation.
- Supervise onsite operations, including venue management, logistics, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Review and assess stand designs (3D and CAD), ensuring they meet event specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize floorplans, ensuring efficient use of space and seamless traffic flow.
- Handle invoicing, budget tracking, and ensuring timely payments for vendors and exhibitors.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in event operations, including invoicing, coordination with internal teams, and collaboration with external stakeholders (exhibitors, contractors, venues, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, technical production, and event setup.
- Experience in vendor management, including negotiations and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in event management software and tools, including floorplan design and event coordination platforms.
