Exhibition Sales Manager

India

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Exhibition Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our portfolio of trade shows and exhibitions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the exhibition landscape, and can build lasting relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for exhibition space, sponsorships, and digital packages across assigned events
  • Identify and engage prospective exhibitors through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with event goals
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Prepare and present customized proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecast revenue targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and event attendance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
