Type: Full-Time Contractor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
Compensation: $700/month base + $25 per qualified demo + $250 bonus for hitting quota

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses streamline there operational workflows.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who thrives on hitting goals, enjoys talking to business owners, and wants to grow in a performance-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 120+ outbound calls per day to business owners and key decision-makers
  • Hold 30+ conversations daily with qualified prospects
  • Generate 2+ qualified demo show-ups per day for the sales team
  • Follow proven scripts and workflows inside CRM
  • Maintain consistent activity levels and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Pay: $700/month+
  • Commission: $25 per qualified demo show-up
  • Bonus: $250 when you hit 20 qualified demos per month
  • Clear, results-based path for higher earnings and advancement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling (required)
  • Comfortable making 120+ cold calls daily
  • Excellent communication, confidence, and resilience
  • Must have a reliable laptop, headset, and strong high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to log and track time through Hubstaff during work hours
