Experienced Architect (High-Rise Project)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect (B.Arch) to join our team for the J7 Emporium High-Rise Project, currently under construction. The role requires excellent coordination, technical expertise, and site execution skills. Candidates with prior Gulf project experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, the Leasing & Sales department, and internal design teams.

2. Prepare, review, and manage shop drawings and as-built drawings.

3. Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure compliance with quality standards and timelines.

4. Verify that project execution aligns with approved design specifications and codes.

5. Provide technical support and resolve design or execution-related issues on-site.

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of architectural activities.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree (mandatory).

2. Proven track record in high-rise building construction projects (Experience 4 years+).

3. Strong knowledge of architectural documentation and site execution processes.

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

5. Familiarity with Gulf region construction norms and regulations (preferred).

6. Proficiency in architectural and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
