AKY Services Pvt Ltd is a growing digital marketing company serving clients exclusively in the United States and Canada.

We specialize in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local SEO, and lead generation for service-based businesses such as construction, remodeling, healthcare, and local services.

We are NOT looking for freshers or script readers.
We are hiring experienced business development professionals who have already sold digital marketing services to US/Canada clients and can close deals independently.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who can:

• Call, qualify, and close US & Canada–based prospects
• Understand business pain points in competitive markets
• Confidently sell digital marketing services
• Consistently convert qualified leads into paying clients

This role is target-based with high commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Call inbound & outbound leads targeting US & Canada markets
• Qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline)
• Pitch digital services including:
• SEO
• Google Ads Management
• Meta Ads
• Local SEO & Lead Generation
• Conduct discovery calls and structured follow-ups
• Close deals and hand off clients to the operations team
• Maintain CRM records and follow internal sales processes
• Work according to US & Canada time zones

Required Experience & Skills (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

✅ 2+ years of proven experience selling digital marketing services
✅ Prior experience selling to US and/or Canada clients
✅ Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or agency services
✅ Strong English communication (spoken & written)
✅ Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
✅ Ability to handle objections and close deals
✅ CRM experience is a plus

No fresh graduates
No domestic-only (Pakistan) sales experience
No call center agents without digital marketing sales experience

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
• Uncapped Commissions per closed deal
• Performance Bonuses
• Career Growth: Team Lead / Sales Manager roles for top performers

Top performers can earn significantly above base salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
