Experienced Call Center Agent

Experts Communication is hiring a Call Center Agent to join our team. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally. Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 PKR (based on skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Provide customer support, information, and sales assistance
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
