Experienced Private Hire Controller (Airport Transfers Specialist) UK BASED

Are you a master of the London airport run? We are seeking a high-caliber Autocab-trained Controller to join our fast-paced team. This isn't just a dispatch role; we need a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of London’s airports, flight timings, and the logistical precision required for high-volume transfer services.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Dispatch: Manage live bookings with a focus on punctuality and driver efficiency.
• Advanced Allocation: Proactively manage the fleet to ensure all airport pickups and drop-offs are covered without delays.
• Planning: Execute "Next Day Allocation" to ensure the fleet is perfectly positioned for the following day’s peak periods.
• System Mastery: Utilize Autocab to its full potential to monitor driver locations, traffic patterns, and booking flows.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience specifically in London Airport Transfers.
• Technical Skills: Fully proficient and trained in Autocab software.
• Strategic Planning: Proven ability in Advanced Allocation and managing future schedules.
• Commitment: Willingness to sign a minimum 2-year contract.
• Flexibility: Able to work a rotating shift pattern (Day/Night rotations every 3 months).

Shift Pattern

• 6 Days a week
• 10-Hour Shifts
• Rotation: Day shifts for 3 months, followed by Night shifts for 3 months.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: £90,000 (We are open to negotiation for candidates with exceptional track records).
