Duties

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Process payments.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
  • Provide basic information on pet care and preventative medicine.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality animal care and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED.
  • REQUIRED: 3 years FRONT DESK experience at a veterinary hospital.
  • We’re seeking someone who values organization and continuous improvement, with an interest in refining and developing clinic protocols and processes for smoother daily operations.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to multi-task while still maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and VETSPIRE veterinary software systems is advantageous.
  • A passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish/Vietnamese/Korean) is a plus.

Pay

  • Depending on experience: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
