Expo Sales & Booth Representative – Premium Essential Oils

Role Description

We are seeking a presentable and confident female representative to support our participation in the upcoming Organic & Natural Expo (17–19 November 2025) in Dubai.

The role has two phases:

• October (remote preparation): Assist with booth preparation, coordinate display design, review promotional material, and attend 2 office visits.
• November (expo month): Continue supporting preparations and work full-time during the expo days (17–19 Nov) at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of essential oils, aromatherapy, or natural wellness products, and be comfortable engaging with customers and supporting booth activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in October with booth preparation, design coordination, and event readiness (remote with 2 office visits).
• Present and explain our premium Frankincense essential oils and raw resin products to visitors during the expo.
• Engage with potential customers, answer product-related questions, and highlight product benefits.
• Support with product demonstrations, sampling, and sales discussions.
• Assist with video recording / content creation during the expo (social media clips, customer interactions).
• Represent the brand professionally and warmly throughout the project.

Requirements

• Female, presentable, and confident in public speaking.
• Prior experience in essential oils, aromatherapy, cosmetics, or wellness product sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to explain product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Available for October (remote with 2 visits) and full-time during 17–19 November 2025 in Dubai.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
