Key responsibilities

  • Documentation and compliance: Prepare and verify all required export documents, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. Ensure compliance with all international trade laws, export regulations, and customs requirements.
  • Coordination: Liaise with and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, and internal teams (like logistics and project management) to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all export activities and documentation for future audits and reference.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve any documentation or shipping issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on shipments and delivery schedules, and assist with data analysis.
  • Other duties: Support with export schemes, maintain customer and supplier information, and assist with pre- and post-shipment administrative tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
