Export Executive

Choice Industries is looking for an Export Executive (FMCG) to manage and support our international business operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in FMCG export processes and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• 3–4 years of experience in FMCG Export (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures & LC handling
• Familiar with international markets, freight coordination & customer communication
• Proficient in MS Office and export-related software/portals
• Excellent communication, follow-up skills, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Handle complete export documentation and shipping procedures
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents
• Communicate with international clients regarding orders and shipments
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, BL instructions & other export documents
• Track shipments and maintain export records
• Ensure timely dispatches and smooth export operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
