Key Responsibilities
- Develop export markets and generate overseas enquiries through emails, trade portals, and exhibitions
- Handle export sales for industrial products including spray nozzles / valves / firefighting equipment
- Prepare and follow up on export quotations, proforma invoices, and techno-commercial offers
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance for order execution
- Manage export documentation: Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL / AWB, LC, etc.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and banks
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, and payment terms
- Follow up on payments and maintain export receivables
- Maintain export sales reports, customer database, and market intelligence
- Support distributor appointment and overseas channel development
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms
- Experience with LC, Advance payment, DP / DA
- Strong communication skills (email & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP / CRM systems
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Willingness to work with different time zones
Preferred Experience
- Experience in industrial exports / OEM manufacturing
- Exposure to Middle East, Africa, Europe, or SEA markets
- Knowledge of international standards (ISO, CE, UL, FM – added advantage)
- Familiarity with trade portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
