Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Manager to lead our international sales and distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical exports and possess a strong network of international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic export plans to achieve company sales targets in international markets.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners in target regions.
• Manage the entire export process, including documentation, compliance with international regulations, and coordination with logistics.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with international clients and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to meet client requirements.
• Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote products and expand the client base.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical export management.
• Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical regulations and export compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with international clients and distributors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in export documentation and familiarity with global logistics processes.
• Ability to travel internationally as per requirement
