Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and expand D2C export operations for pharmaceutical finished products.

· Handle international online sales through platforms like Amazon Global, Shopify, and company website & other modes.

· Identify and develop new international markets for product expansion.

· Ensure export documentation, regulatory compliance, and product registration as per country requirements.

· Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution and delivery.

· Plan and implement digital marketing, pricing, and promotion strategies for global consumers.

· Track and manage customer orders, feedback, and satisfaction.

· Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports.

· Maintain strong coordination with logistics partners, e-commerce platforms, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

· Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmaceuticals, or related field.

· 3–6 years of experience in export / international sales, preferably in pharmaceutical finished formulations.

· Strong knowledge of D2C export operations, global trade regulations, and logistics.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

· Ability to manage multiple international markets independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
