Role Responsibilities

  • Contact international prospects and clients via telephone to promote and sell natural stone products (Marble, Granite, limestone etc)
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions, overcoming objections as needed.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Follow up on leads, perform timely follow-through, and research new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally with logistics and export documentation teams for seamless order processing.
  • Report regularly to management on sales progress and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in international telesales, with demonstrated success in export sales (natural stones industry preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with international markets, export processes, and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
