Role Responsibilities
- Contact international prospects and clients via telephone to promote and sell natural stone products (Marble, Granite, limestone etc)
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions, overcoming objections as needed.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Follow up on leads, perform timely follow-through, and research new business opportunities.
- Coordinate internally with logistics and export documentation teams for seamless order processing.
- Report regularly to management on sales progress and customer feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in international telesales, with demonstrated success in export sales (natural stones industry preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with international markets, export processes, and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
