Job Title: Export Sales Manager

Job Overview:
The Export Sales Manager is responsible for driving export sales growth and managing international business development for a company dealing in multiple products. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with overseas clients and distributors, implementing sales strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve export targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow export sales and expand market share across international territories.
  • Identify, target, and establish relationships with new customers, distributors, and agents in foreign markets.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with international clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable business.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and product development.
  • Coordinate shipping, logistics, and documentation for overseas orders to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on export sales performance, forecasts, and territory activities to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant trade regulations, export laws, and international standards.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, business forums, and when visiting international customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction and strong business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales or international business, preferably handling multiple products or markets.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies for export markets.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.

Work Conditions:

  • Office-based with flexibility for international travel to visit customers, attend trade shows, and conduct business development.
  • May require extended hours when meeting sales targets, contract deadlines, or participating in overseas business activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
