Phlecocuum is our high-volume blood collection tube range competing in

China-driven and price-sensitive markets. We require a sales leader who understands

commodity markets, tender-driven sales, and distribution networks, while

maintaining customer trust and cost discipline.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop distributor & channel partnerships across Asia, Africa, Middle East,

and Latin America.

● Handle tenders, bulk procurement deals, and hospital/diagnostic chain

contracts.

● Achieve volume growth targets with a focus on cost-competitiveness and

reliable delivery.

● Negotiate pricing while protecting margins in commodity markets.

● Coordinate with Production & Supply Chain for OTIF (On Time In Full)

execution.

● Track competitor pricing & market moves (especially Chinese suppliers).

● Report monthly sales metrics to management.

Candidate Profile

● Graduate / MBA with 5–10 years in medical devices / diagnostics / pharma

consumables exports.

● Strong network of distributors & tender agencies in emerging markets.

● Proven track record in volume-driven, competitive sales environments.

● Sharp negotiator with resilience in high-competition markets.

● Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
