Position Summary:
The Export Sales Senior Supervisor is responsible for leading and expanding the company’s export sales operations. The role involves driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, developing new business opportunities across international markets, managing distributor and client relationships, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute export sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals.

Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in international markets.

Build, manage, and support strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and distributors.

Monitor sales performance by product, market, and region, providing regular updates and reports to management.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international customers in line with company policies.

Oversee export documentation, logistics, and shipping requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, production, marketing) to fulfill export orders efficiently.

Conduct market research to assess global trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events as required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of proven experience in export sales.

Fluency in English and French is required
; additional languages will be considered an asset.

Solid knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.

Excellent negotiation, communication, data analysis, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
