Export Specialist

The Export Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day export operations. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, coordination with logistics providers, and timely delivery of export orders while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents to manage export operations.
• Track and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all export orders, shipments, and customer files.
• Assist in negotiating freight rates and ensuring cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Support international clients by providing shipment updates and handling inquiries.
• Ensure packaging and labeling meet international requirements and customer specifications.
• Conduct basic market research to support the export team in identifying new opportunities.
• Prepare export performance reports for management review.
• Ensure strict adherence to international quality standards.
• Collaborate with the export manager in developing and improving export processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in export operations/documentation (furniture or manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
