Exterior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and high-quality exterior design concepts for luxury villas and commercial projects
• Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and mood boards
• Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and project teams to ensure cohesive designs
• Select and propose materials, finishes, and façade treatments
• Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations in the UAE
• Participate in client presentations and incorporate feedback effectively
• Support the technical team in transitioning concepts into detailed drawings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in exterior or façade design (UAE experience is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury villa or high-end projects
• Proficiency in design software such as:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / Rhino
• 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and façade composition
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
