FABRICATION FOREMAN

• Oversee metal fabrication projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion
• Supervise and guide fabrication team members
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment
• Conduct quality control checks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, production)
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in metal fabrication, steel construction, or related field in UAE
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures

Skills:

• Metal fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, cutting, shaping)
• Blueprint reading and interpretation
• Quality control and assurance
• Safety protocols and regulations
