Fabricator / Welder

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator / Welder to join our production team. The role involves working on the fabrication of industrial machinery, equipment parts, and customized material handling solutions. The ideal candidate should be experienced in welding processes, metal fabrication, and interpreting technical drawings to deliver high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures, frames, and components.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of metals including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Operate fabrication machinery such as cutting, grinding, drilling, and bending equipment.
• Ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality in all fabrication work.
• Inspect welds and finished products to meet company standards and client requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Welding / Fabrication or equivalent technical training.
• Proven experience as a Fabricator / Welder (5 years preferred in industrial or manufacturing setups).
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG/TIG/Arc) and fabrication practices.
• Ability to read and work from detailed technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noises, dust, and metalworking equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 kgs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
