About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized
Facility Management Engineer / Officer
to join our Admin Affairs Department. In this role, you will ensure that assets are well maintained, service providers deliver to contractual standards, and tenants receive seamless support for daily operations. You will play a key part in overseeing facilities management, compliance, inspections, and energy initiatives while driving operational excellence across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Apply and enforce SLAs and KPIs with service providers to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance requests of all assets.

Maintain and update the FM calendar, complaints log, and daily maintenance requests.

Assist in preparing RFQs and finalizing scopes of work for purchase orders and maintenance contracts.

Conduct condition surveys, defect liability tracking, and daily site inspections to ensure quality and timely execution of redevelopment activities.

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, codes, and standards from relevant authorities.

Monitor achievement of SLAs and conduct monthly quality audits.

Draft, maintain, and track FM memos and budgets.

Prepare inspection reports, notices, and tenant circulars; coordinate with contractors for facility needs.

Oversee tenant variation requests and ensure end-user requirements are delivered on time.

Monitor health, safety, fire, and emergency compliance; escalate risks as necessary.

Track energy and utility consumption; implement and monitor savings initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering preferred.

Master’s degree is an advantage.

3–5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Operations.

Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
