Position Overview
We are seeking a well-presented, proactive, and professional
Front Office Executive
to manage our reception and administrative functions. This role will act as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring a seamless front-office experience while providing operational and administrative support to various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the front desk and reception area, greeting visitors and ensuring a positive first impression.

Handle all incoming calls, emails, and visitor entries professionally.

Coordinate meeting room bookings, conference arrangements, and internal events.

Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and maintain accurate tracking records.

Provide administrative support to HR, Facilities, and Operations teams as required.

Ensure the reception area and office premises are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.

Maintain and update front-office documentation, logs, and supplies inventory.

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality / Administration preferred).

0–3 years of experience in front office, administration, or customer-facing roles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
