Oversee all facility operations across Money Fellows' offices and retail branches, including maintenance, utilities, and safety compliance

Lead and manage construction, renovation, and branch setup projects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and civil systems across all sites

Conduct regular HSE inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Evaluate vendors and service providers for both Money Fellows offices and branches to ensure service quality and cost control

Plan and manage facility-related services such as security, cleaning, waste management, and space utilization across locations

Oversee inventory and asset management for facility-related supplies and equipment

Support business continuity planning, ensuring building safety, emergency readiness, and minimal disruption to operations
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facilities or operations management, preferably within multi-site or retail environments

Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, fire safety)

Proven experience managing branch or multi-site facilities

Excellent vendor negotiation and project management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
