The Role
We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager on behalf of our client, a Top FM Service Provider based in Dubai. The role is responsible for the optimal planning, delivery, and performance management of Facilities Management (FM) services for mixed-use, residential and high-rise properties. Key Responsibilities: - Handle Hard and Soft FM Services - Track and report the performance of services through defined KPIs and SLAs - Ensure all FM activities comply with health, safety, environmental (HSE), and municipal regulations. - Manage a large diverse work force
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • Experience in Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services • Strong knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards • Strong understanding of contracting, procurement, and budget management. • Must have a valid UAE driver's license
